DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
We worked with 200-300 field workers on unconscious bias and strategic questioning. Moving past surface diversity and moving towards belonging, we organized members to understand that a a more inclusive and equitable organization is not just a matter of checking boxes, but will actually change how they operate internally and in the field, enable them to work better with the people they serve
WORLD TRUST IMPACTS CREATION OF DISNEY / PIXAR'S – ZOOTOPIA
World Trust served as diversity consultant and advisor on Disney's Pixar film, Zootopia, which focuses on challenging bias and systemic inequity. Zootopia won the Academy Award (Oscar) for Best Animated Film, and earned more than $1 billion worldwide.
