CLIENT CASE STUDIES
World Trust engages over 10,000 people each year through live diversity & inclusion workshops and presentations. We are a trusted resource that serves institutions in a variety of sectors. Here are a few examples of our great work.

CULTIVATING YOUNG RESTORATIVE LEADERSHIP AT LIBERTY UNION DISTRICT SCHOOLS.
In the fourth consecutive year of our work with the Liberty Union High School District in Brentwood, California, World Trust implemented a district-wide curriculum of Circle Keeping and Restorative Practices. We began in Year 1 working with the superintendent and all of the principals. In Years 2 & 3, we worked with cohorts of faculty and administrative staff on issues of racial equity, justice and trauma-informed care.
ADDRESSING RACIAL EQUITY WITH DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS.
We worked with 200-300 medical doctors and field workers on unconscious bias and strategic questioning. Moving past surface diversity and moving towards belonging, we organized members to understand that a a more inclusive and equitable organization is not just a matter of checking boxes, but will actually change how they operate internally and in the field. Thus, enabling them to work better with the people they serve.
WORLD TRUST
