ADDRESSING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS WITH DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
We worked with 200-300 field workers on unconscious bias and strategic questioning. Moving past surface diversity and moving towards belonging, we organized members to understand that a a more inclusive and equitable organization is not just a matter of checking boxes, but will actually change how they operate internally and in the field, enable them to work better with the people they serve

RACIAL INEQUITY IN INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & HEALTH
Organizations dedicated to international development and poverty alleviation are at the forefront of international issues. However, without the proper training and understanding of bias that are associated with race, gender, and culture these same organizations can perpetuate harm and violence to the very people they set out to serve.

DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
Doctors without Borders play a crucial role in administrating aid to people around the world with few resources to turn to. Our work with the organization ensured that staff understood how privilege and power permeates through development work and how to better serve vulnerable populations without disempowering them.

WORLD TRUST'S WORK
World Trust's curricula and workshops are based on research that critically looks at the lasting abhorrent impact of imperialism and colonialism on populations around the world. We understand that without the proper training and systemic changes in place, institutions today are at risk for continuing this legacy. Our organization is ready to work with everyone who is willing to take the first step in planning to undo centuries of harm against marginalized populations around the world.
