Heart to Heart Conversations®

World Trust's ground-breaking videos produced and directed by Dr. Shakti Butler for World Trust, are powerful tools for creating a common experience that encourages conversations among a broad network of people. During this workshop, Dr. Butler uses these videos as models for dialogue that sets the context for constructive Heart-to-Heart Conversations on oppression through the lens of race. Through Dr. Butler's wonderful facilitation, workshop participants engage in powerful learning, which is transforming and transferable to many other areas of their lives.

The workshop can last from 1 to 3 days and is designed for staff, managers, administrators, and others interested in an in-depth learning experience.
